When I began my journey a decade ago, I simply wanted to make a difference in people's lives through my work. What I didn't realise then was how deeply hair is connected to confidence.

Over the years, I met people from every walk of life. Each came with a different concern, but behind every conversation was the same hope to feel like themselves again. As I watched patients regain not just their hair, but their confidence, I found my purpose.

For nearly a decade, I've dedicated myself to learning, listening, and refining my approach. Every patient has taught me something valuable, and every smile at the end of a treatment has reminded me why I chose this path.
